Arakawa Residence 2 (AR2) is the latest project by Arakawa Co., Ltd. The second affordable condo plan is the result of the carbon printing of Arakawa Residence 1 (AR1), a successful condo project with thousands of residents buying and moving in. AR2 will be built far from the AR1 and it is the work in progress for the time being. Not much details can be described at this time but the condo will rise in few more years.
Arakawa Town Square (ARTS) is the 4th project by Arakawa Co., Ltd. The retails for lease are located on the ground floor of all the 16 building blocks of Arakawa Residence 1, our affordable condo in Teuk Thlar, Phnom Penh. This initiative will support the daily lives of the residents of the condo and the nearby community as a whole. There is a variety of different business operating here starting from fitness center, coffee shop, and food court to modern supermarket and other necessary stores that provide the convenience to the residents. However, ARTS is the work in progress and will be open in early 2024 as planned.
Arakawa Management is a company separating from Arakawa Co., Ltd but under the same owner, Dr. Yasumoto Kemmori. It was established in 2022 and the main goal is to facilitate the living process of all residents who move in to live at Arakawa Residence after they purchase the units. Therefore, the head office of the company is based at Arakawa Residence condo itself. Their property management service will ensure that all residents are living in a proper manner, meeting standards of various aspects and especially bringing peaceful life to the whole condo community.
Arakawa Residence is the second project under Arakawa Co., Ltd after Bellevue Serviced Apartments. Unlike Bellevue, Arakawa Residence is for sale not lease. The 21-storey condo consists of 16 tall buildings standing in a beautiful straight line. The construction of this project started in 2017 and continued to the completion in early 2023. The project’s vision is to help Cambodian people to be able to afford homes in the city center as the pricing of the condo is clearly reasonable. The success of the project has been reflected with the number of units sold to residents and there is an increasing number of residents moving in every day making Arakawa Residence one of the most successful affordable housing projects in Cambodia.
Bellevue is a project under the parent company, Arakawa Co., Ltd. It is simply a serviced apartment for lease providing three main products: (1) long stays (2) short stays and (3) space rentals for functions or events. It consists of many luxurious apartments ranged from studio apartments to Four-bedroom apartments not to mention high-class facilities like tennis court, gym, swimming pool, sky lounge and sun-set garden just to name a few. In 2009, Arakawa Co., Ltd started the construction of Bellevue Serviced Apartments and it took them 3 years to finish and launch the project into operation, apparently in late 2012.
Arakawa Co., Ltd was officially established in 2008 by Dr. Yasumoto Kemmori as a registered company operating in Cambodia to contribute to Cambodia’s economy in the area of housing and hospitality industry. Sooner after the company was born, in 2009 the company started their construction of the very first project, Bellevue Serviced Apartments. And 2012, the serviced apartments for lease was officially launched to operation successfully.
